Working on behalf of a well-regarded regional law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (25 years PQE) to join their established team in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 recognised practice with a strong reputation for high-quality work, long-term career progression and a genuinely supportive culture.
The Opportunity
Youll join a sizeable and experienced Commercial Property team, working alongside Partners and senior fee earners across multiple offices. The role offers a broad and varied caseload, with scope to develop further in areas such as development work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting on development matters including site acquisitions and set-up
- Managing acquisitions, disposals and commercial leases
- Handling non-contentious landlord & tenant matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements for lease
- Advising on property finance transactions
- Conducting title investigations and reporting
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
About You:
- 25 years PQE in general commercial property
- Experience in acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Proactive and team-focused
