We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a busy business-to-business (B2B) marketing team as Telemarketing Specialists. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and an interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. South African English speakers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to engage with business clients
- Communicate confidently in English with customers and prospects
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Provide information about services and respond to client queries
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct telephone surveys and follow-up calls
- Book attendees for events and support marketing campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- South African applicants with fluent English-speaking ability
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with clients over the phone
- Experience in sales, customer service, or support (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly
- Well-organised with good time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Must be available to work on-site in Solihull
