We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, award-winning law firm with a strong reputation in dispute resolution. The firm's litigation team is consistently highly ranked in leading legal directories and works with a wide range of recognised clients and organisations. An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and busy team.
Experience required:
- Contentious landlord and tenant matters (residential and commercial)
- Acting for both landlords and tenants
- Boundary disputes
- General property disputes
- TOLATA claims
- Professional negligence claims relating to property
- Broader commercial/general litigation experience (advantageous)
Skills and attributes:
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PDF software and case management systems)
- Advocacy experience where required
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Experience managing client expectations
- Enthusiasm for business development and contributing to the growth of the team
This role involves significant client contact and would suit someone confident working under supervision, meeting deadlines, and contributing positively to a dispute resolution team.
