Were a small team with big ambition and were looking for an experienced HR Consultant who can hit the ground running and deliver excellent service.
The Role
This is a client-facing, field-based role. While you\βll have a desk at our Warwick office, youll spend much of your time out supporting clients onsite across Warwickshire, providing proactive HR support tailored to each business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own portfolio of clients (including 23 larger accounts and several SMEs).
Provide clear, commercial HR advice on a wide range of matters.
Attend regular onsite meetings with clients youll be the face of our service.
Handle day-to-day HR admin including letters, employee records, and compliance updates.
Coordinate and manage HR processes: onboarding, leavers, changes, probations, etc.
Deliver HR metrics, monthly reports, and payroll-related data.
Support with employee relations: note-taking, documentation, and guidance.
Keep policies, handbooks, and procedures up to date and compliant.
Participate in recruitment and project-based work as needed.
What Were Looking For
- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally with multiple clients or sectors.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently, with a proactive mindset.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Confident using MS Office and HR systems.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Warwickshire.
