Warwick Recruit is currently supporting a well-established UK based supplier of essential products and business solutions in their search for a driven and ambitious Field Sales Executive. This organisation has built a strong reputation for reliability, quality and long-term client partnerships. Salary: £26,500 basic plus uncapped commission with a realistic £40,000 OTE.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role!
The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of your territory, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account development. This is a varied and autonomous role where no two days are the same, combining new business generation with account management. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships and delivering tailored solutions that add real value to your clients' operations. With a strong product offering and ongoing support from the wider business, you will be well equipped to succeed and grow your portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, targeting and winning new business across your territory.
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts to maximise revenue.
- Promoting a broad range of essential products and solutions to commercial clients.
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong, long term customer relationships.
- Planning and managing your own diary to maximise efficiency and coverage.
- Maintaining an active pipeline and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Providing feedback on market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
