We're seeking a commercially astute and technically driven Consult Project Manager to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on high-performance aluminium curtain walling, window, door, and facade systems. This role is pivotal in driving specification sales activity, developing project pipelines, and supporting key industry relationships with architects, main contractors, and fabricators.

Operating across the London and Southern Region, you will take ownership of your territory promoting innovative solutions and ensuring all projects are tracked and managed from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the specification of facade systems, including curtain walling, doors, windows, and architectural walling products, to architects, specifiers, and consultants.
  • Identify and target main contractors to influence open-spec opportunities.
  • Track and manage projects through all stages from concept to secured order with full visibility on pipeline performance.
  • Work collaboratively with fabricator partners to secure business across the region.
Market Knowledge & Insight:
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the facade and fenestration industry, including regional construction trends and competitor offerings.
  • Build strong awareness of client needs, product suitability by region, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Reporting & Administration:
  • Submit accurate and timely weekly activity plans and call reports (by Friday close of business).
  • Deliver monthly reports by the 4th of each month with updates on pipeline, client engagement, and sales progress.
  • Maintain a well-organised CRM system (Salesforce) with up-to-date client and project records.
  • Ensure adequate stock and availability of technical literature, sample kits, and other sales tools.
Sales Execution:
  • Prepare thoroughly for each customer meeting, with clear objectives and supporting materials.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients, presenting technical products in an engaging, consultative manner.
  • Confidently communicate product benefits, handle objections effectively, and close specifications.
  • Follow through to ensure successful handover to fabrication and project delivery teams.
Product Expertise:
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of aluminium building systems, particularly in relation to energy performance, design flexibility, and compliance.
  • Accurately interpret architectural drawings and construction details to guide clients toward appropriate system solutions.
  • Deliver consistent and accurate product presentations and respond to technical queries confidently.
Target Delivery:
  • Meet or exceed agreed performance targets, including sales volume, product mix, and margin objectives.
  • Maintain a visible and active project pipeline that supports ongoing revenue generation.
  • Support national sales objectives by contributing to regional and cross-functional initiatives.
Professional Standards:
  • Represent the company with professional appearance and punctuality at all times.
  • Ensure a clean and presentable company vehicle.
