Are you confident on the phone and fluent in one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish? We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a busy business-to-business (B2B) marketing team as Bilingual Telemarketing Specialists. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills in both English and a second European language, and an interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to engage with international business clients
- Communicate confidently in English and your second language
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Provide information about services and respond to client queries
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct telephone surveys and follow-up calls
- Book attendees for events and support multilingual campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Fluency in English plus at least one of the following: Spanish, Italian, Finnish, Dutch, German, Danish, Norwegian
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with international clients over the phone
- Experience in sales, customer service, or support (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly
- Well-organised with good time management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Must be available to work on-site in Birmingham
