Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to join their growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a varied, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping business operations running smoothly.

The Role

As Office Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, managing logistics, supporting financial administration, and ensuring efficient communication across the business. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries using internal tracking systems
  • Plan and manage logistics for a team of drivers
  • Process customer orders and monitor outgoing deliveries
  • Maintain accurate office records and documentation
  • Manage invoicing, financial entries, and reporting using QuickBooks and Xero
  • Liaise with suppliers, drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Identify and implement improvements to office processes and workflows
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Operations Support, or similar administrative role
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support business needs
