Based in Bootle, we specialize in providing high‑quality products such as windows, bi‑fold doors, sliding patios, and conservatories to trade installers across Merseyside, Wirral, and North Wales. We are seeking a reliable Van Driver/ Loader to join our team at Warwick Development (North West) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our premium products to various trade clients, ensuring timely and safe transportation while maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a van to deliver windows and doors across designated regions.
- Load and unload products efficiently while ensuring they are secured for transport.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with the warehouse team.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Valid category C Driving Licence.
- Must have completed CPC training & hold driver cards.
- Can drive 7.5t vehicle.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
