We’re a small team with big ambition — and we’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant who can hit the ground running and deliver excellent service.
The Role
This is a client-facing role, where you will be expected to visit our clients onsite. While you’ll have a desk at our Warwick office, you’ll spend some of your time out supporting clients onsite across Warwickshire, providing proactive HR support tailored to each business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients (including 2–3 larger accounts and several SMEs).
- Provide clear, commercial HR advice on a wide range of matters.
- Attend regular onsite meetings with clients — you’ll be the face of our service.
- Handle day-to-day HR admin including letters, employee records, and compliance updates.
- Coordinate and manage HR processes: onboarding, leavers, changes, probations, etc.
- Deliver HR metrics, monthly reports, and payroll-related data.
- Support with employee relations: note-taking, documentation, and guidance.
- Keep policies, handbooks, and procedures up to date and compliant.
- Participate in recruitment and project-based work as needed.
