Position: HR Consultant
Location: Warwick
Hours: Monday to Friday – Full time ( 12 month contract )
Salary: up to £40,000 + commission

We’re a well-established, fast-growing, outsourced HR Consultancy based in Warwickshire and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, forward-thinking HR Consultant to join the team. We’re small enough to care, with big ambitions to be the go-to outsourced HR provider for small businesses in the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas. Our clients value our practical and commercial approach to HR and have the confidence in us to be their trusted advisors. The role is varied, busy and rewarding – no two days are the same! We expect this role to be based in our office in Warwick, and regular site visits.
The key functions of the role:
- Provide expert HR consulting services to clients, including HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organisational change, onsite or remotely as required.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to our clients needs.
- Advise on employment law compliance, providing commercial resolutions to their people needs.
- Conduct audits and assessments of HR functions to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions.
- Support clients with change management initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts.
- Develop compensation and benefits strategies that align with industry standards and organisational goals.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Guide clients in fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Project work as and when required.

Qualifications / Educations / Experience required:
- Extensive HR experience / CIPD / HR degree or similar
- Comfortable on video and telephone calls
- Attention to detail and highly organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of employees and peers.
- Computer literate MS Office Packages.
- Previous experience with multitasking work and projects, and capacity to prioritise as needed.
- Team player, friendly and enjoys working independently.
- High integrity and ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
