Warwick District Council is looking for a dedicated Lifeline Response Officer (Nights) to join our Independent Living team in Leamington Spa. This permanent post works 32 hours per week on a 10:00 pm – 6:00 am rota, providing a 24/7 telecare service to vulnerable residents and handling out-of-hours council enquiries.
You will assess emergencies, coordinate support, and deliver excellent customer service while working independently on a night shift, including weekends and stairs within properties
