Warwick District Council is hiring a Lifeline Response Officer (Days) to join the Independent Living team in Leamington Spa. The role involves working between 6:00am and 10:00pm on a rota, handling Lifeline activations and out-of-hours enquiries to keep residents safe and independent at home.
We seek candidates with at least two years’ experience working with older or vulnerable people, strong customer service, excellent IT skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
