The Royal Pump Rooms, Royal Spa Centre, and Town Hall are leading cultural venues located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. We are seeking people who are passionate about the arts to help us enhance our visitor facing offer and support our continually growing range of activity.
Duty Managers offer direction and support to a team of Visitor Experience Assistants to make sure our visitor facing offer is delivered to an exceptionally high standard. The role involves working across theatre, cinema, museum, gallery, and event spaces.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in the arts/entertainment/hospitality/retail sectors, experience in planning and delivery of complex events, and a proven ability to liaise with colleagues, hirers, and promoters.
This post is based on site at the Royal Pump Rooms, Royal Spa Centre, and Town Hall and is not suitable for home or hybrid working.
