To deliver high-quality support, coordination and guidance to apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, ensuring a positive customer experience, timely learner progress, and full compliance with the apprenticeship funding rules and Ofsted expectations. The post holder will be expected to manage a caseload of, minimum of 40:1 up to a maximum of 75:1 apprentices and act as a key point of contact for both apprentices and employers, providing effective support to promote engagement, progression, and successful programme completion. - Level 3 qualification (or above) in a relevant subject area (e.g. education, business, or vocational field).
- GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths or equivalent. Applicants willing to achieve within the first 9 months will be considered.
- Good understanding of apprenticeship standards and delivery models.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of Ofsted expectations and quality frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety in the apprenticeship delivery.
- Vocational experience of working in a related industry and dealing with customers in a professional capacity.
- A willingness to undertake professional development to address specific vocational skill requirements.
- A UK driving licence free of major endorsements
