Reporting to the Deputy Principal, the post-holder will provide strategic leadership in the architectural design and structural evolution of a financially robust, high-performing curriculum. They will lead the group's annual planning cycle and the line management of the five Campus Principals to ensure that the college group remains the primary engine for the regional skills and devolution agenda.

The focus is the creation of a rigorous, group-wide system for curriculum planning, enrolment management, and resource efficiency, ensuring that the group's offer is structurally sound, commercially viable, and perfectly aligned with regional funding priorities.
