He have new opening for a welcoming, customer focused, Guest Experience Administrator to take on a fulfilling requirement with us at Warwick Castle, the UK's most exciting Castle! We're in need of a confident and organised individual to take the lead at our business reception. As a Guest Experience Administrator, you’ll be the first face and voice our guests, visitors, contractors and teams encounter, setting the tone as the welcoming and professional face of the castle.
In this role, you'll be more than just an administrator; you’ll be the heartbeat of guest experience operations. You’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while delivering exceptional service front of house. From handling guest queries across multiple platforms to managing daily reception operations, no two days will ever look the same.
You’ll take ownership of the day to day running of business reception, guiding the team, keeping communication sharp and ensuring every interaction reflects the energy and prestige of the castle. Whether it’s supporting incident management, coordinating contractors, managing digital screens or driving service recovery, you’ll play a key role in bringing the experience to life. This is a fast moving, guest focused environment where attention to detail matters. This is a seasonal role offering a minimum of 7.5 hours per week, ideally looking to start asap and go on until 3rd January 2027, with possible extensions thereafter.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a guest service, reception or administrative role (desirable)
- Confident communicator across email, phone, social and face to face
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer facing environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- A natural team player who brings energy, professionalism and a sense of fun
