Join the team at Britain’s Ultimate Castle! Here at Warwick Castle we are looking for smart and talented people to deliver brilliant customer service to ensure our guests experience the fun of real history.
We are currently recruiting aTower Suites Conciergeto join our dedicated Accommodation Team. Reporting to the Hotel Duty Managers you willassist the Accommodation Team in ensuring the friendly and efficient arrival and departure of our guests. To maintain high standards of hospitality at all times. To provide guests with information needed throughout their stay.
The key objectives of the role include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that the guests get the greatest value for their money by delivering impeccable customer service
- Adapt to every guests individual requests and go out of your way to deliver this
- Ensuring that the rooms are of impeccable standard of cleanliness
- Handle any guest problems, complaints or compliments, passing on any relevant information to the Hotel Duty Manager.
This is a seasonal part time position and you will work up to 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Flexibility is therefore essential. Because of the nature of our business you will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
