We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to take charge of our retail gift shops. As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high store standards and unleash your creativity to explore new and exciting revenue opportunities.

In this role, you'll be more than just a leader, you’ll be a coach, a motivator and a key player in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. With no two days the same, you’ll be involved in everything from stock control and visual merchandising to food hygiene audits and shop upkeep.

This is a 64-acre site with units positioned all around this area which has different gradients, the successful applicant would be required to be positioned at all retail outlets and be comfortable in doing so. This will be a permanent, 20 minimum guaranteed hour contract. Evening shifts will be available throughout the year including over Halloween and throughout the Christmas period.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience as a Retail Supervisor or Team Leader (desirable)
  • High levels of pro-activity within an operational setting with problem solving skills
  • Experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment
  • Have been involved with organising, motivating and coaching a team
  • A passion for retail and a keen eye for detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
