This is an exciting role ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Warwick Castle Lodges, Glamping and Hotel operations, delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead day-to-day shift operations, acting as a key hospitality leader and communicating effectively across all hotel departments to keep everything running seamlessly. This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested; no two days are the same, from ensuring the reception team uphold the vision of the Accommodation Team, to ensuring a harmonious crossover between the different shifts during the day and night. You’ll handle any guest problems, complaints, or compliments, passing on any relevant information to the department contact and develop a thorough knowledge of Warwick Castle, employee services and the hours of operation, plus be fully aware of any promotions connected to the Castle. This is a full-time, seasonal fixed-term position. This position covers both AM (7am-3pm), PM (3pm-11pm), weekend and bank holiday working.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hands on experience leading a team of receptionists, restaurant and concierge hosts
  • Friendly and approachable with the highest standards of customer service
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and procedures
