This temporary position plays a key role as part of the Visitor Experience team to support the smooth operation of University of Warwick (Summer) Graduations 2026. You will maintain our high standards of service to visitors whilst ensuring a safe environment is maintained.

You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the safe and smooth running of all events, responding promptly and appropriately in the event of an unplanned situation. You will also be knowledgeable and approachable in order to assist visitors with any queries or signposting within the building.

Closing Date for Applications: Midnight on Sunday 14 June 2026

Working Hours: Varied, between Friday 17 July – Friday 31 July 2026. Shifts will be planned and allocated in advance – to be shared Wednesday 8 July 2026.
