We are looking for a proactive and organised Material Handler to support our busy CNC Machine Shop operations. This role is critical in ensuring materials, components, and job kits are delivered efficiently to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver raw materials and components to CNC machines
  • Move completed parts to inspection, stores, or next operations
  • Prepare and stage job kits ahead of machine changeovers
  • Support production flow and minimise machine downtime
  • Maintain clean and organised work areas in line with 5S standards
  • Ensure correct labelling, traceability, and safe handling of materials
  • Work closely with Supervisors, Planners, Stores, and Operators
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or CNC machining environment
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Basic ERP / job card / stock system knowledge
Desirable:
  • FLT or lifting equipment licence
  • Experience in high mix / low volume manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles
