Responsibilities
- Clear communications and hands on approach with a strong work ethic
- Drive improvements as part of continuous improvement culture
- Working in a safe manner in line with the companies Health and Safety policy
- Maintain working area to a good standard as part of 5S implementation
- Ensure quality is maintained and follow processes for area are correctly implemented to company standards
- Carry out tasks in accordance with set process times to meet deadline
- Have a flexible approach and at times move onto other disciplines within skill set
- Help with skills flex training and cross train others when required
Qualifications
- Ideally Apprentice served
- Familiar with Turning and Milling techniques
- Experience with handling of composite materials is an advantage
- Understand Health and Safety policies
