We are looking for store associates who can engage, excite, educate, and entertain our consumers from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior product knowledge and service techniques to meet customer needs.
- Develop product knowledge of store merchandise to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Accurately measure and fit customers to appropriate New Balance products, communicate current store promotions and correct pricing, and review product features and benefits.
- Maintain a neat and organized floor area, including stock and inventory functions such as labeling, price marking, and merchandising apparel as needed.
- Organize and fill the sales floor to maximize selling opportunities.
- Complete stock transfers, return to vendor processes, and cycle counts.
- Protect company assets by greeting customers, attaching and detaching security tags (if provided), and reporting shrinkage and security violations.
- Monitor floor merchandise and perform other duties as required.
