Sales Administrator required to work in a busy Gearbox Remanufacturers Sales Office.
Responsibilities:
- Learning about Parts and being comfortable talking to customers.
- Taking telephone orders and being responsible for the accurate and timely entering of sales data.
- Providing administrative support to the business Sales Team.
- Undertaking clerical tasks such as making phone calls to gain new customers, ringing existing customers, taking orders, and making out invoices.
Must have a knowledge of computers and have neat handwriting and a pleasant phone manner. Full training will be given. This position would ideally suit someone with experience in the Motor Industry.
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30am - 3pm. No Weekend work.
