Service Manager Required
Motivated Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our small fitting bay.
The successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and allocate workload effectively.
- Liaise with customers, providing advice, quotations, and updates.
- Manage stock levels and order parts and consumables.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and accurately documented.
- Support any workshop staff as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fitting service or workshop environment essential.
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Full UK Driving licence essential.
- The role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a small operation, delivering excellent customer service, and being actively involved in the day-to-day work of the fitting bay.
