Warrington Housing Association is a small, registered provider, managing over 1500 homes. We have excellent customer satisfaction, low tenancy turnover and a small team who provide support and advice to help our tenants remain in their homes.

Do you have the knowledge, experience and positive attitude to help WHA continue to provide excellent services to our customers and help us to achieve a C1 rating from the Regulator? This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to make a real difference.

Our team may be small, but that means you get to be involved in a wide variety of aspects of tenancy and estate management issues. You may be helping someone to manage their rent account, signposting them to support services or managing a neighbour dispute. We can guarantee no two days are the same.
