We are as passionate now as we have ever been about making Warrington a fantastic and thriving place to live. Our work is more than homes, it is about the people, it’s about community, it’s about taking an asset based approach to supporting tangible, long‑lasting change.
At Warrington Housing Association, the safety and wellbeing of our customers is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Property Compliance Lead who shares our commitment to creating safe, comfortable homes where people can thrive.
We are seeking an individual who’ll bring expertise across key compliance areas – including asbestos, electrical safety, fire safety, gas, lift operations and water hygiene to help us safeguard our customers and communities. Your knowledge will ensure we meet all statutory and legal obligations, ensuring that robust programmes of inspection, testing and maintenance are always in place.
You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors and partners, coordinating multiple work programmes to help us maintain our 100% compliance target and continually improve the safety of our homes. Beyond the technical responsibilities, you’ll play a key role in offering guidance, reassurance and support across the organisation and directly to our customers ensuring they feel heard, valued and safe.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, compassionate and truly customer‑focused. As part of our small and supportive team, you’ll help shape the ongoing development of our property services, making a real difference to the lives of residents who rely on us to keep their homes safe.
If you believe you’re the right fit and would thrive in a small organisation where colleagues feel supported and valued, we’d love to hear from you.
