Warrington Housing Association in Warrington is recruiting a Property Services Compliance Officer to oversee asbestos, electrical safety, fire safety, gas, lift operations and water hygiene to help us safeguard our customers and communities.
You'll work with colleagues, contractors and partners to meet statutory obligations, maintain our 100% compliance target and continually improve the safety of our homes.
This is a full-time role at 35 hours per week, with a salary around £37k.
