Female Carer / Personal Assistant

We are looking for a caring and reliable female Personal Assistant to support a 16-year-old girl who has a rare genetic condition called HNRNPH2.
The role involves providing support at home and enabling access to social and leisure activities within the community.
She has a wonderful personality, is non-verbal, and uses a wheelchair. She enjoys music, trips to the park, books, baking, and messy play activities. She does not enjoy loud noises or overcrowded environments.
