We are seeking a caring and reliable personal assistant to support a bright and bubbly 15-year old girl with autism and learning disabilities.
We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding and enthusiastic, who can provide supportive, engaging care in a positive and nurturing environment.
Meeting her from the school bus at 4.00pm at the home address
- Support with personal care tasks; applying prescribed creams for eczema
- Assisting with cooking and food preparation
- Accompanying her on short day trips and community outings (e.g. going to cinema, zoo, ten-pin bowling, painting)
- Providing support with homework when needed
- Assisting with light household tasks (laundry)
CAR OWNER/DRIVER ESSENTIAL. As the successful applicant would be required to use their own vehicle as part of their employment, they must ensure that their insurance provider covers them for business purposes.
Hours of work:
5 HOURS PER WEEK, to be worked flexibly, but mostly on Fridays between 4.00pm – 9.00pm.
The exact working hours would be discussed at interview stage, with the prospective employer.
Location:
STOCKTON HEATH AREA OF WARRINGTON, CHESHIRE
Rate of pay: £13.45 PER HOUR

A probationary period will be included for the successful applicant.
The successful applicant would be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
