The Governors, staff and children of Bruche Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our growing team and work across our key stages. This is an exciting time to join Bruche Academy as we begin a new chapter in our development as an all-through school. From September 2026, we have extended our provision into secondary education, welcoming our first Year 7 cohort and creating a learning journey that supports children from their earliest years right through into secondary education.

This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of our fantastic and supportive team at a time of growth and development. It would particularly suit a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference and keen to develop their skills and experience across both primary and secondary education, while learning from colleagues across a wide range of phases and specialisms.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and inspirational classroom practitioner who places children at the heart of everything they do. They will have the drive, determination and flexibility to support pupils with a range of needs, build positive relationships and contribute fully to the wider life of our Academy. Above all, we are looking for someone who shares our ambition for every child and is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside us as our all-through provision continues to develop.

We can offer:

  • An extremely popular group 2 school with a dedicated, forward-thinking team of staff and governors.
  • A strong ethos which focuses on the whole child.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated children who love to learn.
  • A strong commitment to professional development with lots of support.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who:

  • Is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
  • Is an outstanding classroom practitioner.
  • Is committed to raising standards for children.
  • Has the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Is highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful applicants will be required to apply for an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service. Further details can be found on the DBS website. Warrington Primary Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults as its number one priority.
