The role
We wish to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Teaching Assistant to work in our Key Stage 2 Designated Provision. They will be working with children who have communication and interactive needs and will contribute to our successful and hardworking Key Stage 2 team. We are seeking to appoint somebody who is energetic, talented and ambitious and who can inspire, challenge, motivate and support the children and their colleagues. The contract is term time only plus inset days, initially on a fixed term basis until 31 August 2026.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is committed to raising standards for all children.
- Has a passionate commitment to children's learning, particularly in supporting children with SEND.
- Will work in collaboration with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure personalised learning and development for children with SEND.

- Has excellent communication skills at all levels and is a team player.
The successful applicant will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service. This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.
