The Service Manager for Residential and Supported Accommodation will have direct line management of the Registered Managers within the Residential and Supported Accommodation Service. The Service Manager will work closely with another Service Manager and report to the Head of Service for Residential and Supported Accommodation.

The role involves hybrid working where the post holder is able to work from home, between our residential and supported accommodation homes and at our main Time Square Office. The post holder will support our Registered Managers to ensure that we offer high quality care to all of our children and young people who live in our homes. All of our homes are currently graded Good or Outstanding.

What's needed?

  • The applicant needs to have a social work degree and/or experience of being a Registered Manager or Service Manager in residential care.
