We are looking for a diligent and meticulous EHC Casework Officer EOTIS to support the SEND Team to comply with the requirements set out in the SEND Code of Practice 2014, to support professionals to review, monitor and assess the education, health and care needs of children and young people with SEND. This is a permanent post working 37 hours per week.

You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to manage your time efficiently and meet deadlines, especially with regards to statutory timescales for EHCP Annual Reviews and Key Stage Transfers. You will be able to work independently with resilience under pressure.

You must have the ability to build positive relationships with parents/carers and children and young people and to demonstrate a high degree of awareness of the needs of service users. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Therefore, you must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for appointment.
