The predicted salary is between 37415 - 54362 € per year.

This role combines classroom responsibility (as KS2 class teacher, years 3-6) with strategic leadership across both KS1 and KS2 SEMH provision. The postholder will also work closely with the Assistant Head/SENCo and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the ongoing development of SEMH provision across the school and wider trust.

The role includes leadership of staff across both provisions, oversight of provision quality and environments, responsibility for behaviour and physical intervention systems, and a key role in shaping practice, including trauma-informed approaches and engagement with families. The time allocation for the role is: 3.5 days teaching (0.5 day PPA & 1 day leadership time).

Given the nature of the role, we are seeking colleagues who are passionate about SEMH, have strong classroom practice and are ready to contribute at a strategic level within SLT. We aim to make a difference to the education and life chances of the vulnerable children in our care.
