Culcheth High School is seeking an experienced Pastoral Student Support Officer to join the Pastoral & Inclusion team. You will work with targeted student groups to improve behaviour, attainment, attendance and punctuality, supporting teachers and liaising with parents, agencies and students to remove barriers to learning.
The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, 8am-4pm, term-time only, with a focus on mediation and restorative approaches and strong relationship-building with students, carers.
