This is an exciting opportunity to join Warrington Borough Council as part of our Employment Development Team. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Employment & Training Advisor Team Leader to lead on externally funded employment programmes. This role requires an individual to drive high standards to meet various frameworks of delivery, i.e.: Fidelity and Supported Employment Models. Build on collaborative partnership, departmental interventions, and ensure every advisor is supported to achieve their full potential.
