Padgate House is a 31 bedded nursing Intermediate Care Facility providing short term rehabilitation following an admission to hospital or an acute episode at home requiring further support.
This role is a permanent contract, working 25 hours per week. The successful applicants will be required to provide full care services which includes help with personal care, dressing/undressing and assistance with showering/bathing. Working to the principles of care offering choice, promoting independence and helping to maintain the dignity of the people in our care.
We’re looking for naturally empathetic people who are motivated to provide adults of all ages with transformative, person-centred care that lets them enjoy a better, more independent life. Experience of working in care would be an advantage. You should be flexible in your approach to work as you will be required to work a rota which includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post. In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. Sponsorship is not available for this role; therefore, you must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for appointment. DBS clearance is required.
