Payroll Business Partner x 2 – Fixed Term to 31 March 2026 About us An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Payroll Team at Warrington Borough Council. We are embarking on an exciting programme to replace our current payroll system and are seeking to appoint two Payroll Business Partners on a fixed term contract until the 31 March 2026. This is to allow us to provide valuable additional resource to the Payroll team to help us deliver our ambitions. The role As part of the team, you will be responsible for: · Processing payroll information · Dealing with internal and external customers · Administering pensions and sending information to providers · Issuing contracts of employment and maintaining personal files · Resolving payroll and pension queries What\’s needed? This is a very busy and demanding role, which requires high levels of customer service and IT skills. You must have the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
