As a Transformation and Improvement Lead, you will play a critical role in reshaping how the council operates and delivers services for residents.You will lead the Digital, Data and Technology workstream, acting as a central link between corporate leadership and frontline services. You will help turn strategic ambition into practical, deliverable change. Working closely with elected members, senior officers, partners and colleagues across the council, you will support strong programme governance, manage risks and dependencies and maintain focus on outcomes. You will also contribute to shaping the council’s wider policy and strategic framework as Warrington builds the foundations for long term stability and improvement.This role is suited to someone who thrives in complex environments, is motivated by public service improvement and is confident influencing and driving change.
