Head of Catering - Lymm High School

We are looking for an experienced Manager who will have responsibility for the catering provision across the school.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the catering provision for the whole school, including hospitality.
• Experience in menu planning and development, specifically for schools, in accordance with School Food Standard Guidelines.
• Knowledge and experience of complying with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Experience of effectively managing staff.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality food provision.
• Minimum 5 years catering and budget management.
• Experience of procurement, foods and consumables.
• Experience of generating a year on year surplus in a catering environment for reinvestment in facilities.
