Warrington Borough Council's Edge of Care Service is seeking an Edge of Care Residential Worker to support children, young people and families in crisis. Based at our short-break home and through outreach, you will help prevent entry into care and rebuild relationships.
You will work evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts, and you will have access to extensive training and development opportunities, with a salary enhanced by 20% or 30% sleep-in rates and mileage allowances.
