Deputy Headteacher – Latchford St James C of E Primary School

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher, from the 1 September 2025, Permanent Full Time (0.6 teaching commitment).

The ideal candidate will:

• Be passionate about helping all children succeed and see the potential in every one of them.
• Be deeply committed to upholding and promoting the Christian vision, mission, and values that define our school.
• Possess the knowledge and skills to effectively monitor, evaluate, and lead whole school improvement, with a particular focus on teaching, learning and standards of attainment.
• Understand the vital role of a Church of England school within its community and embrace the opportunity to live out Gospel values in their daily life.
• Support, inspire, and empower our teaching staff to bring out the best in their practice.
• Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and the wider community, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
• Share our unwavering commitment to safeguarding, welfare, and the wellbeing of all children and staff.
