St Gregory’s Catholic High School are seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly organised Headteacher’s PA/Clerk to Governors to join our welcoming and supportive school community. This is a key role at the heart of the school, providing high-quality administrative and confidential support to the Headteacher and our Governing Board.
The successful candidate will be an efficient and proactive professional with outstanding organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and a calm, positive approach to working in a busy school environment. As PA to the Headteacher you will be an important ambassador of St Gregory’s Catholic High School.
The role requires someone who is able to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion, whilst also acting as a warm and approachable first point of contact for staff, pupils, parents, governors and visitors. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
