The role

Beamont Collegiate Academy is a vibrant and dynamic school community with a strong emphasis on high expectations and aspirations. The academy is part of the Challenge Academy Trust (TCAT) and is popular and oversubscribed and was judged ‘good’ by Ofsted in July 2022.

We are looking to appoint a competent, passionate and dedicated Attendance Support Officer who will play a vital role in supporting pupils overcome barriers to support good attendance, strive to ensure that attendance exceeds the national average for all pupil groups, monitor and analyse attendance and punctuality data to support decision making, and liaise with other support services both internally and externally to provide a package of support for pupils to ensure positive attendance.

This position is permanent and full-time (37 hours per week), term time only (38 weeks per year).
