Join our team at various locations across the ACT as a Catering Assistant or General Service Officer. As a valued member of the team, you will support the hospitality purpose of the home. Working across areas within the catering, cleaning, and laundry services, you will be engaged with our residents to provide a warm homely experience, bringing a smile to their day.

The Requirements
Essential
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in Catering, Cleaning and/or Laundry Services.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Flexibility to work across all locations within ACT and Queanbeyan.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people.
- Ability to connect with and help others.
- An understanding of Infection Control and Work Health and Safety issues.
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software.
Desirable
- Certificate III in Hospitality.
- Current senior first aid certificate.
- Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care and/or related services.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team.
