At our new Lake South Village you will be responsible fordemonstrating Warrigal's Values and enabling our Vision through thedelivery of responsive, relationship focused Property Services thatsupport residents to live safely, comfortably and independentlywithin the village.

In the role you will be proactive and take risk-based approachto asset management, prioritising statutory and regulatorycompliance, preventative maintenance and asset condition, withreactive maintenance managed effectively to minimise disruption toresidents and village operations.

The requirements | What you'll need to do this work

  • Demonstrated high-quality delivery of property maintenanceservices, including preventative, reactive, statutory andcompliance maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors and minorprojects, managing contractor compliance, procurementprocesses, quotations, purchase orders
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach in supportingoperations and resident experience providing exceptionalcustomer service.
  • Demonstrate Warrigal's values with integrity andprofessionalism, collaboration, and communication
