Our Rugby site has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 10am-9pm.

As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for overseeing main customer communications to enhance and improve service levels.

Key Duties:
  • Liaise daily with major retailers.
  • Compare tracking data with customer platforms and update.
  • Raise disparity between Warrens tracking and customer platforms internally and externally.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the business.
  • Communicate using a variety of media with internal and external stakeholders any potential service issues.
  • Collate and publish daily KPI reports internally and externally at scheduled times.
  • Process information from suppliers.
  • Attend internal operational meetings as required.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Strong team player as well as able to work on their own initiative.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and manage your own time effectively.
