Warrens is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to lead the site CI plan and act as PMO.
You will work with regional CI managers and the Projects team to deliver safety, quality, cost and delivery benefits.
The role involves facilitating change, coaching colleagues, and supporting system changes across the site.
You will monitor progress, report risks and benefits, and engage with senior stakeholders to sustain improvements and optimise operations in our Culina Group warehousing
